Try to diversify your customer and supplier portfolio as much as possible, and ideally you won’t be dependent on a limited number of partners. Focus on customers from a variety of sectors in order to be able to function effectively even in periods of stagnation like the present. Create a sufficiently broad product portfolio so that, if one of your business lines suffers a downturn, your financial results in another segment can compensate for it.
